If you are travelling in airways for the very first time you should be calm, and keep in mind that all airlines are very consequential about the safety and security of each and every passenger and for this reason they look after every individual with utmost priority. While travelling in airways  this is your responsibility to follow all the rules and regulations mentioned by the particular airline you are travelling with  to avoid any chaos in the airport perimeter.

List of item not allowed in your cabin and checked-in bag while travelling 

There are two different luggage available for the passengers which they can carry with them 

One is Checked-in baggage / Checked-in luggage and another one is Carry on luggage / Cabin luggage and hand bag luggage 

 

Checked- in baggage is one which you need to submit to your airline counter and you will be provided with the same at your destination place.

Generally, the weight for your checked-in baggage is around 25 to 30 kg. In this you can carry two bags. However you can increase the limit of your luggage by paying an extra amount  to the airline. ( In case you are travelling in business class then it depends on your airline that how much you can carry ) 

 

Cabin baggage is one which you will carry with yourself in your whole journey in your flight.

For cabin bags the maximum limit you can carry is 7kg, and make sure you keep all your electronics items like phone, laptop and power bank in your cabin bag only.

 

 

 Prohibited items in Cabin bag 

 

 

 Anything that is able to transmit an obvious hostile odour. Moreover, anything which can be used as a sharp weapon to threaten co-passenger, and cabin crew and can harm the security of crew is not permitted inside aeroplane.  

 

Below is the list of some items you should avoid in your bag while travelling. 

 

  1. Any sharp object which can be used as a weapon is not allowed is not allowed.
  2. Any inflammable item which can easily catch fire
  3. Any liquid which is more than 100 ml is not allowed. However, in total you can carry 1000 ml but each individual bottle must have less than 100ml of quantity in it.

Moreover you can not carry any kind of gases such as compressed gases, melted glasses, refrigerated condensed gases, broken down glasses, adsorbed gases, combustible, non-flammable and noxious gases such as butane oxygen and fluid nitrogen, torrential slide protect rucksacks, therapeutic oxygen, oxygen splash bottles, canned oxygen, oxygen canisters, and oxygen aerosols.

 

 

 Prohibited items in Checked-in luggage

 

1.Corrosives such as acids, antacids, mercury and damp cell batteries and devices containing mercury.

2. Anything which can easily catch fire and which is explosive in nature e.g any flammable fluids and solids such as lighter refills, lighter fuel, matches, paints, thinners, fire-lighters, lighters that require altering some time recently start, matches (these may be carried on the individual), radioactive fabric, briefcases and attache case with introduced caution devices.

a.Oxidising materials such as dying powder and peroxides

b.Poisons and irresistible substances such as bug sprays, weed-killers and live infection materials and other unsafe articles such as magnetised materials, hostile or chafing materials.

You should completely avoid these items while travelling in domestic or in International flight and make sure that you, and your co-passenger feel safe.
