Step 1 : The students who have chosen Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the main subjects in their senior secondary level ( +2 ) are required to take a Medical Entrance Tests which is administered by different state and independent bodies such as the AIPMT conducted CBSE to get admitted in the different medical institutions operating under it which offers the MBBS degree course.

In case of admission to Top Medical colleges such as AIIMS, GMCH, AFMC Pune etc. the students are required to do Entrance Exams which are held by respective institutes individually.

Step 2 : Once MBBS degree course is done together with one year six months mandatory training that the potential candidates must complete before they can gain admission into M.D (Medicine) - Master's degree - must requirement to get admission into DM (Gastroenterology).

  • To join MBBS doctor one has to pass Post Graduate Medical Entrance Tests such as All India Post Graduate Medical/Dental Entrance Exam and Jawaharlal Institute of Post-graduate Medical Education and Research Entrance Exam to join the MD (Medicine) Course.
